This equipment is a specialized equipment for producing electromagnetic wires and transposed wires such as paper wrapped wires, thin film wires, NOMEX wires, etc. Paper wrapped wire is a winding wire made of bare copper (aluminum) wire extruded or drawn by a certain specification of mold from an oxygen free copper rod or electrical round aluminum rod, and wrapped with single or multiple layers of cable paper, inter turn insulation paper, non-woven fabric, mica tape, and other insulation strip materials. The finished product line is mainly used for winding coils such as oil immersed transformers, welding machines, and electromagnets.
