C. Structural form:

1. The entire machine consists of two ground beams with walking rollers, two columns, a sleeve type telescopic crossbeam, a wire bracket, and an electrical control box. The wiring is of the gantry ground rail walking type, and the clamp sleeve is of the upper mounted type.

2. The two spindle centers on the column are equipped with a shaftless loading and unloading line tray. The centers are driven by two 1.1kw AC motors through a cycloidal pinwheel reducer to drive the screw nut for lifting and lowering. Each center seat can be lifted or lowered separately or simultaneously, and is equipped with mechanical and electrical dual protection devices. In order to meet the needs of different specifications of line trays, different specifications of centers are equipped.

3. The sleeve type crossbeam is horizontally moved by a 0.75kW AC motor, reducer, sprocket, and friction clutch through screw nut transmission, used for clamping and loosening the wire coil, and equipped with an overload protection device.

4. The take-up adopts a DC, 5.5kw, 1480rpm DC motor, which drives the main shaft through a three speed gearbox to drive the reel to rotate. The take-up motor is controlled by a European DC speed controller.

5. The wire arrangement mechanism is composed of a 1.1kw AC variable frequency motor, a cycloidal pinwheel gearbox, and a sprocket. The wire arrangement motor is controlled by a Danfoss AC variable frequency speed controller, and the wire arrangement pitch is set by the wire arrangement controller. The size of the wire arrangement pitch can be set at any time according to the production process, and the wire arrangement speed automatically tracks the wire collection speed.

6. The whole machine is equipped with speed, tension and winding pitch adjustment Potentiometer, winding positive and reverse inching button, tension and winding pitch display, and winding tension is realized by constant torque.
