A. 【Application】：

Mainly used for stranding and compression of fan-shaped conductors, stranding, drawing, and compression of circular conductors, as well as pre twisting and compression of segmented conductor cores.

B. 【Technique Feature】：

1. Overall up and down orders and single up and down orders. There are three forms of overall up and down reel: bottom overall, top overall, and side overall up and down reel.

2. The clamping wire reel can adopt centralized pneumatic clamping disc method and single disc manual clamping form. There are two methods for manual clamping: worm gear and worm chuck, and handwheel chuck. Both clamping methods have mechanical locking protection function.

3. The pay-off tension can be controlled by mechanical friction or pneumatic tension. When using pneumatic tension control, electrical control can ensure a constant tension from full plate to shallow plate.

4. There are three methods for wire breakage detection: electronic wire breakage detection for each disc, centralized wire breakage detection, and a combination of the two.

5. The hinge body is supported by a main shaft, with good concentricity. Equipped with a single wire pre twisting device to ensure that the cable is not loose after being cut along the cross-section.

6. Double wheel and double active traction device, with a V-shaped or semi-circular groove for the traction wheel. The two wheels are tilted towards each other to ensure that the cables are not squeezed during operation, and equipped with a pneumatic pressure device to ensure that the cables are not loose and the twisting pitch is stable during parking.

7. Imported programmable controllers and touch screens can be used to uniformly command and coordinate the working status of various electrical components of the entire machine. Process parameters can be set, modified, and displayed on the touch screen. Adopting a new fully digital DC high-speed system to control the start and operation of DC motors.
